In this edition of #CoffeeConcoctions, we bring to you some of the most delicious recipes from our favourite famous chefs. Be it the legendary, Martha Stewart’s “Mint Ginger Iced Tea”, the ever so charming Nigella Lawson’s “No Churn Coffee Ice Cream” or Jamie Oliver’s “Chai Martini” or espresso flavoured “Grappino”, there are always creative way to incorporate teas and coffees into any summer occasion.

 

Martha Stewart Mint Ginger Iced Tea

1 1/4 cup (300 milliliters) heavy or double cream, well-chilled
2/3 cup (175 grams) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons instant espresso powder 
2 tablespoons espresso liqueur

100 ml chai tea 

50 ml cognac

1 tbsp honey
