Not many machines are as versatile as La Marzocco GS3. Handcrafted in Florence Italy, this machine can be used equally well at home, in the office, at the coffee bar and in the restaurant. The dual boiler system is made up of a coffee preparation boiler and a steam boiler which work independently of one another. This system allows the user to pour the shots and steam the milk at the same time improving the quality of coffee. Additionally this machine comes with a PID temperature control system for the coffee boiler which allows the machine to control the temperature with better precision.
The high potential of this machine is achieved through the use of many features normally found in other high-end machines such as the double-boiler structure, a PID and a saturated brew group system. This machine also features a Cool Touch stainless steel steam wand, multifunction keypads and a digital display to help you make that perfect cup of coffee.
FEATURES
- Dual Boilers. This machine features a set of separate boilers which enables the machine to brew and steam at the same time.

Saturated Brew Group. La Marzocco's saturated group results in a more stable brew temperature. Because the La Marzocco group is integrated with the brew boiler and therefore "saturated" by the water inside of the boiler, there are fewer issues with the group cooling when the machine is not used.
- PID Control. Stepped temperature wheel allows for user adjustments.
- Steaming Operation. In order to steam the milk, what a user needs to do is press on the steam activation lever and the 'cool touch' steam wand will dispense sufficient amount of steam for frothing cappuccinos or lattes. To avoid milk residue buildup, do not forget to run a bit of water through the steam wand once you are done and wipe the wand with a damp cloth.
- Hot Water Spout. Convenient spout for tea and rinsing portafilters between shots.
- Internal Pump. Self-contained pump without compromising performance.
- Touch Steam Wand. The touch steam wand uses innovative double-wall technology in stainless steel. This keeps the outside of the wand cool to the touch while still maintaining great steaming power.
- Built-in Cup Warmer. The cup warmer allows the user to have pre-heated cups ready. Warm cups help preserve the temperature of the drink as will as the coffee crema.
