Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are arriving within our normal time frame - 1-4 business days in Canada, and 2-5 business days in the United States, however delivery time cannot be gaurenteed. All postal carriers are experiencing an unprecedented high volume of packages during the COVID-19 crisis, and are working diligently to deliver all packages on time. This high volume has caused some logistical complications, and so certain locations and packages are experiencing delays averaging anywhere from 1-5 business days. Unfortunately we are unable to identify affected areas or when a delay will be incurred. We are however using the fastest shipping carriers available to us and are monitoring the situation closely.

Due to COVID-19, shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented volume and logistical complications. When a package delivery date is rescheduled, this is often due to the amount of scheduled deliveries being higher than what the postal carrier can deliver in a day. As such, they are putting your package in a queue to be delivered following day. This can happen consecutively, depending on the volume of packages in your area.

Yes. Trade between the United States and Canada is operating as normal, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Border closures only pertain to tourism and non-essential travel.

Curbside Pickup & Retail

Our retail location is currently closed to reduce exposure to our staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are currently offering curb-side pick up to those in the Greater Toronto Area. Our sales team is also available via phone from 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, and can assist with any product inquires at 1-855-516-9333.

To schedule curb side pick up, please place your order on our website and then immediately send us a reply to the order confirmation via email, a contact form submission, or a phone call to let us know that you would like the order put aside for pick up. You can then visit our location in person - please call when you arrive and our staff will bring your order to your vehicle.

Requests via our contact form are usually responded to within 1 business day. We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, and so are prioritizing order modifications, cancelations, and other urgencies. Requests for information on products will be answered from our sales team in 1-2 business days. If urgent, we recommend phoning us during business hours, 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
