"I dropped the original carafe and cracked it. I looked on line at DeLonghi for a replacement but they were out of stock. Found some on Amazon but sellers said it would come without the DeLonghi box. It’s either generic or at an inflated price. Luckily I found Home Coffee Solutions. Shipping took a little longer than Amazon, but the carafe came in the DeLonghi box ensuring its quality. Thank you Home Coffee Solutions!"
