"The K2550 is a fantastic brewer. It is super quiet compared to our old machine. I bought it for a household not a business, however it gets a lot of use through out the day every day. My favourite part of the machine is not needing to refill the water reservoir since I purchased the prescribed water line and filter kit."

"This is being used in a 24-7 office with drivers and admin staff. The machine was super picky with the water line coming in, but it is a standard "hose" size and if you have another machine it likely has the correct plumbing. The previous machine had a pressure reducer on it and the filter needed to be changed. In case you get an error when you first plug it in, check the water supply, this likes full water pressure coming in for the cold water tank fill, it errors out if it does not. Everybody is super happy with it so far! Thanks!!"

"First off thank you for prompt delivery and great service to the US from Canada. Was delivered timely with no issues to Iowa in the USA. I was a little skeptical if it would be able to be delivered and the pricing was better than anyone else. Not only was it the best price but I had zero issues with delivery and the coffee maker is great. I ordered the next model down for our office three years ago and checked the cycle count, to date it made 5,589 cups of coffee with zero issues.
