A Long Awaited Refinement to the Bianca V2 is Here!
A machine for intermediate and advanced users, the Lelit Bianca 3 PL162T is a high-quality, Italian-made espresso machine and is one of the best home espresso machines for easily preparing espressos and cappuccinos like a real professional barista.
This new version brings a long-awaited refinement to the Bianca V2 with a redesign to software making V3 a much more functional machine. Additionally, hardware tune-ups were made to ensure quicker warm-ups. The new software features include an electronic low-flow mode which simulates profiles without manually moving the paddle, and four new modes: always on, standby mode, eco-mode, and sleep mode.
The Lelit Bianca has separate boilers for steam production and for espresso production and allows you to perform both functions simultaneously. Full control is available for the temperature of each boiler.
The Lelit Bianca has a built-in water tank that is seated in the stainless steel external "case" to avoid a possible heating up of the water. It can be repositioned on each of the three sides of the machine to better adapt itself to the available space. It can be easily removed to allow easy cleaning.
The Lelit Bianca is a machine without compromises that allows you to manually control the water flow and the boiler. If you are an expert barista or a person who knows the difference between the good and the great, this machine will make your coffee-making experience ever so perfect.

Measure the real extraction pressure. Thanks to the manometer on the E61 group you can measure the real pressure on the coffee puck having much more precise and accurate control of the coffee extraction.

Anti-burn/cool touch wands. The new Lelit wands are an all-cool touch, to avoid any burn and have a new geometry to facilitate cleaning, avoid limestone formation and allow a more satisfying user experience.
- Technical settings. A machine like Bianca is able to adapt to the different working conditions and the different extraction needs of each barista. To obtain this result, Bianca is equipped with a technical submenu, where you can customize the settings, such as the PID parameters that determine the thermoregulation.

Makes exceptional espresso and steam milk
"Beautiful machine that makes exceptional espresso and steamed milk. The flow control really helps with the espresso profiling . Lots of steam power as well. Big enough boilers to pull back to back shots and steam. Use a smart plug and you don’t have to worry about long heat up times. That being said it takes around 5 mins for espresso and 20 mins for the steam boiler. Love that it comes with everything you need to make espresso right out of the box . Was debating between this and the profited drive , but given this compact size in comparison and the colour combinations I’m glad I picked up the Bianca. Build quality is solid. Some small gaps but they really made it last a long time if properly taken care of."

Really great machine
"I upgraded from a Breville dual boiler and it really felt like going from good to great. The steam power is noticeable and the flow control is really fun to use. This is pricier than other machine but with all the accessories, it's a really good deal. I can't think of anything negative but my better half would constantly remind me that our old Breville had the auto on/off function... If you don't want to wait 15-20min for the full warm-up, you can easily add a $10 smart plug and align with your schedule."
