"After 20 years, and at least 3 machines, as a Gaggia Classic household, I am thrilled to have the Pippa. The upgrades in the quality of the components is instantly clear. I appreciate attractive design, including the unsubtle, burly switches, and the easy reservoir access. We are having no issues getting 9 bars of pressure, and it's easy to keep the Pippa clean."
"not being connoisseurs, it is okay. my wife makes the espresso's. before we owned ECM espressos (to match our grinder) but, it was too big and water filling was too difficult. with pippa it is very easy, canister on the side of the espresso maker. do not expect warranty of the machine from the ultimate maker. but we are covered by HCS. we don't know how it will perform years ahead. but, as of now it looks nice and makes good espresso."
"Took a while to arrive, but I bougjt during a black friday deal so im sure they were swamped! Everything came as expected and shipped fast (once it finally shipped!) The only thing I would say, and this is very minor, my Pippa came without the little Italian flag on the front, ans I do wish it had it!"

"At first glance the machine look great the matte finish is perfect. It’s insanely simple to use, basically no screen or complexe electronic really bare bone how I wanted it. Need to pair it with a good grinder tho. Overall I recommend without a doubt."
