What Are JURA's Worlds of Indulgence?

Every new JURA machine draws from up to four brewing worlds, each suited to a different kind of coffee moment. Not every model offers all four: the lineup below breaks down exactly what each machine brews.

Three extraction processes in one: P.E.P.® for espresso and ristretto, Standard Hot Brew for classic larger coffees, and One-Touch Lungo for Americano-style specialties.

Coffee prepared at 60°C/140°F for a smoother, more delicate cup, extracting roughly 25% less caffeine than a standard hot brew.

Sweet Foam

Milk and milk foam infused with syrup during preparation using JURA's syrup attachment, for naturally sweetened lattes and cappuccinos.

What does "Worlds of Indulgence" mean?

It's JURA's term for the different brewing modes built into each machine:

Hot Brew: the P.E.P. espresso process, Standard Hot Brew, and One-Touch Lungo
Light Brew: 60°C/140°F, about 25% less caffeine
Sweet Foam: syrup-infused milk foam
Cold Brew: cold, high-pressure extraction

Each new model offers 3 or 4 of these worlds, depending on the model.

Which of these new JURA models has Cold Brew?

The E10, J10 twin, and Z10 all include Cold Brew as one of their 4 Worlds of Indulgence. The E8 offers 3 worlds, Hot Brew, Light Brew, and Sweet Foam, without Cold Brew.

What's the difference between the J10 twin and the Z10?

The J10 twin uses two independent P.A.G.3+ grinders so it can brew two different beans (such as caffeinated and decaf) from one machine, with 46 specialties. The Z10 uses a single, more advanced P.R.G.2+ Product Recognizing Grinder and offers the widest range in the lineup at 51 specialties, along with a 3mm-thick sculpted aluminum front panel.
