"I can honestly say this was a perfect purchase for me. The package arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner and I got to using it right away. It now has permanent residence at my tea station and is nice and compact that I still have room for everything else I use. I really love the look of it and the real wooden handle is nice to hold and easy to care for. I think the quality of the kettle itself is fantastic though the buttons on the back of the base for Temp Hold and °C/°F are a little loose. I set them I havent touched them so not a big deal to me. The screen is nicely lit and the dial has a nice tactile feel so it's satisfying to use. I've really been enjoying being able to play with the adjustable temperature since I drink a lot of tea and it really changes the taste cup to cup and tea to tea. I definitely splurged but I'm happy and satisfied with my purchase."
