"The grinder on my La Specialista Prestigio (EC9355M - 3.5 years old) became jammed on a stone amongst the coffee beans stripping the plastic gears which rendered the grinder inoperable (motor turned, but no coffee ground). This part is no longer available through DeLonghi's supplier, but thankfully was available from Home Coffee Solutions! Although supposedly "In Stock", it took more than 2 weeks to arrive. It is an exact match for the old part and although not a simple job by any means, with great care and patience I replaced the grinder in my machine and it works perfectly. Happy to avoid replacing the entire machine!"
