Loyalty Points Program

Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in or participating in our Loyalty Points Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not enroll or continue participating.

1. Eligibility

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated at our sole discretion.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, resellers, and commercial accounts are not eligible.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or revoke participation at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

2. Earning Points

• Points are earned on qualifying purchases made while logged into your account.
• Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, promotional credits, or returned items.
• We reserve the right to change point-earning rates, eligible actions, and qualifying products at any time without notice.
• Points from suspected fraudulent, bulk, or reseller activity will be voided immediately.

3. Redeeming Points

• Points may be redeemed for discounts or rewards as listed on our Loyalty Program page.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or offers unless explicitly stated.
• Minimum redemption thresholds apply and are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Points Expiration & Forfeiture

• Points do not have a fixed expiry date; however, all points in an account will be forfeited immediately upon account inactivity, termination, or removal as determined by us.
• We reserve the right to deduct, reduce, or remove points from any account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected abuse, fraud, promotional errors, or system corrections.
• No extensions, cash refunds, or alternative compensation will be provided for forfeited or removed points.

5. Program Changes & Termination

• We reserve the absolute and final right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice.
• This includes changes to point values, reward availability, redemption thresholds, tiers, and eligibility rules.
• We may terminate any individual member’s participation at any time without reason or prior notice.
• In the event the Program is terminated, any remaining unredeemed points will be voided. No compensation will be provided.
• Continued participation after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Abuse & Misuse

• Any misuse, manipulation, or abuse of the Program — including gaming the system, using multiple accounts, or unauthorized transfers — will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
• We reserve the right to pursue further action if abuse results in financial harm to our business.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Program is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost, delayed, or incorrectly awarded points due to technical errors, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Participation in the Program is entirely at your own risk.

8. Privacy

• Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By participating, you consent to receiving Program-related communications from us.

9. Final Authority

We hold the final and absolute right to interpret these Terms, resolve all disputes, and make all decisions regarding the Program at our sole discretion. All decisions are final and binding.
