How It Works:
- Bring In Your Machine
Drop off your machine at our location during regular business hours. No appointment necessary. - $65 Assessment Fee
A non-refundable $65 diagnostic fee is charged at the time of drop-off. This covers a complete inspection and diagnosis of your machine by our certified technicians. - Receive a Repair Quote
After the assessment, we'll contact you with a detailed quote outlining labour costs and any required parts. The assessment fee will be deducted from repair labour cost.

No problem — you’re free to decline the repair. The $65 assessment fee still applies, but there's no further obligation. - Approve and Proceed
If you choose to proceed, our technicians will complete the repair using genuine parts and thoroughly test your machine to ensure it’s working like new. - Pickup & Enjoy
We’ll notify you when your machine is ready. Come pick it up and enjoy your espresso just like new.
