Yes. The K3550 is designed exclusively for direct waterline connection and does not support a manual refill reservoir. A plumber or facilities technician will need to install the appropriate fittings and hoses (not included) before the machine can be used. We recommend pairing it with an Everpure OCS2 Water Filtration System to reduce scale buildup and extend maintenance intervals.

The K3550 is rated for up to 200 cups per day, making it well-suited for large offices, break rooms, healthcare facilities, hotels, and educational institutions with high daily beverage demand.

The K3550 offers five brew sizes: 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 oz. Users can select their preferred size directly from the machine's control panel for each brew.

Brew Over Ice is a dedicated brewing mode that produces a concentrated brew calibrated to be poured directly over a cup of ice. This setting prevents the ice from diluting the beverage, resulting in a properly flavoured iced coffee or iced tea. Any K-Cup pod labelled for Brew Over Ice, or any standard pod, can be used with this setting.
