Shipping & Refund Policy

Location, Shipping, & Delivery 

 

We’re located in the Greater Toronto Area. Shipments within Canada will normally reach you within 2-3 days, but of course, due to postal variances outside of our control, we can’t guarantee that. Your order is sent out within 1 day of your order when it is place from Monday to Thursday, and sent out on the following business day for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Should an issue or delay arise with your delivery, an email will be sent to you from the shipping company to alert you of the event.

 

For the moment, we’re shipping within Canada only, with the exception of Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Orders over $60.00CAD within our designated shipping area (Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan) qualify for free shipping. Note there are some overweight products that are not included in this offer. 

 

If you’d like to place an order for the Canadian Territories, the U.S., or other international external regions, please reach out to us via our Chat Line during business hours, or Contact Us. We’ll get you an accurate shipping quote to wherever you’re located.

 

Where applicable, your shipping charge will be disclosed during the Check Out process. If you’d rather not spend the quoted amount, you may cancel your order. We reserve the right to refuse shipping, adjust our carriers, or adjust rates as necessary. We’ll reach out to you should any problems occur while your order is being processed. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to P.O. Boxes. We also can’t guarantee a time for delivery using the Free Shipping option. 

 

Returns & Replacements 

 

If you aren’t completely happy with an item you have ordered and received, you can return it to us for either an exchange or full refund, not including the cost of shipping. We only accept regular priced items within 2 weeks of the purchase. All sale items are final sale. We also cannot refund or exchange any consumables & food, such as coffee, tea, all pods, or treats. 

 

If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately when received to let us know. We will be happy to arrange a replacement for you, along with a return shipping label for the damaged items. We may ask for a photo and/or supporting information of the damaged item(s) that needs to be exchanged.

 

If you have an item you would like to return, simply call at 1-855-516-9333 or email info@homecoffeesolutions.com. During the Holiday Season (December 26th to January 2nd) we can’t process any refunds or exchanges. Please send any returns to the following address:

A copy of your receipt is required for any exchange or refunds issued at store locations.  Please be sure to only return items that are undamaged, unused and in all the original packaging.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

 

Home Coffee Solutions accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and PayPal. All pricing on our website is subject to change. We have the right to make adjustments and corrections to pricing at any time. Should a price on the website show incorrectly due to the negligence of Home Coffee Solutions, we reserve the right to refuse any purchases at that price and make the adjustment required. You will be notified of this error before any shipments take place, and refunds will be issued where applicable.

 

Out of Stock:

 

Home Coffee Solutions has great relationships with suppliers both locally in Canada, as well as internationally. Our longstanding buying power puts us at the front of the line for order fulfillment from our suppliers. We try very hard to ensure that all items will be available at the time of your order. However, there may be occasions when an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, primarily due to manufacturer issues. Should this ever happen, we will contact you to let you know, providing you with the available options/alternatives, and/or refunds where applicable.

 

We will provide you with details on when your items will be available and sent to you. On most occasions a back-ordered item will arrive at our warehouse between 2-5 business days depending on the particular item or supplier. In the unlikely event this back-ordered period will be a considerable length of time (more than 10 days) we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or to adjust the order.
