"We upgraded our grinder to the Baratza 30 and don't regret it for a moment. We make everything from pour overs to espresso and needed something that would do both. It does do that and mostly very well. A truly all purpose grinder is hard to find unless you double your budget or more, but this grinder works well for what we want!"
Works nicely for espresso! Probably the best quality grind for the price.
"Apart from the noise level, I only have good things to say about this coffee grinder. I am using a single boiler espresso machine (Breville Café Roma) with a non-pressurized (single wall) basket. There is so little retention it's impressive. I have used the coarseness setting between 7 and 10 so far and had very good results. The timer based dozing is working very consistently. It's also very fast so the noise doesn't last."
