"Coffee doesn’t come out very hot, and it takes some experimentation to figure out how to get truly strong coffee. I put in enough water to brew 4 cups but tell the machine to grind enough for 8! Would not buy again."
Good Upgrade to our old one!
"This seems like it will be a great replacement for our old Cuisinhart going foward. I like that this one ddoes not need the grinder and the chute cleaned like our old one did and the display is now back lit and I can actually see it if I need to make any clock setting changes. And the coffee tasts fantastic every time."
Coffee carafe leaks
"The carafe leaks, pour it slow or fast, with half a pot or full pot, twist the lid ... it leaks at the spout. I have one at the cottage, no problem, and this is a replacement for a 10 year old (the grinder stopped working) so I am disgusted and annoyed with this leaky carafe on a $350 coffee maker. I contacted Cuisinart and guess what.. they ask 20 questions to avoid helping with this problem. SO NO, i wouldn't recommend it."

"everything is great except when pouring the coffee out, the pot leak a bit from the top. I have my machine next to my sink and that’s where I pour the coffee so little drops from the top of the pot don’t fall on my counter each time. Also the grinder is a little loud, but I guess that’s normal?! Otherwise satisfied."
