Pros: This machine is easy to set up and easy to use, looks beautiful on my countertop, has several fun original settings, and makes a decent espresso shot Cons: The coffee isn't. . . the hottest, some of the parts can be fiddly to clean, and the milk carafe, while ostensibly dishwasher safe, really has to be washed by hand I'd say the pros win out."
