  • 65mm Blind Upper Burr. Innovative system with no screw holes designed to achieve the lowest retention and get a more consistent grind output thanks to a wider grinding surface.
  • Zero-Retention Grind Chamber. New chamber designed to further reduce the coffee retention.
  • All Purpose Burrs. The geometry of the burrs is designed to offer excellent performance with all brewing methods regardless of the species and roasting level.
  • Eureka Engine. The only one in the segment equipped with an AC motor usually required by professional baristas, due to its higher efficiency, resistance, and durability over time.
