My only complaint is the inability to make steamed milk
"Great machine, easy to maintain, quick to make great coffees, consistent, easy to program, quick to clean. I had a breville dual boiler for the last 6 years and debated between the Jura and a Rocket (more manual, Italian style prosumer machine). In the end, I decided to try for the most convenient option. HCS folks were great, quick to address my needs and questions when I was deciding on which machine to buy. My ONLY disappointment (making it a 4 star) is that I have to microwave a bit of milk in my cup before making my coffee in order to achieve the true 'flat white' to which I'm accustomed. I do not like foamy frothy milk, and this model (2021 e8) makes ONLY frothy milk. I would LOVE to learn there is some kind of option to change out the milk frother to one with a dial to adjust the froth level."

"Upgraded to this machine from the Breville Barista Express. I was worried switching to a fully automatic but this machine is AMAZING! Coffee is always incredibly smooth and so convenient that I don’t miss my old machine at all. It helps that it’s also beautiful. I mostly bought it for the one touch americano and flat white and both are preprogrammed perfectly!"
