I was concerned that this might bother the office but they love it and also love the fact that it has an "iced coffee" option. And for those that are unaware, we purchase recycle boxes through Keurig to dispose of the old pods. You can go to their website or google to get the details but the office appreciates that as well."

"We’ve had this brewer for a little over a month now. We bought it for the coffee bar in our home, because we want a plumbed in brewer and our last Keurig (K150) became so fouled with scale as to be useless, and that model could not be serviced. We paid double for this brewer, but it is internally serviceable. We use a good quality waterline filter as well. This brewer so far has been fantastic. I love the auto start feature so I don’t have to press the screen all the time. The k cup disposal bin is also a nice added feature. My only complaint is how loud the pump is, but hey first world problems right? Overall, my wife and I love this brewer, now I just have to keep up with descaling at least once a month to keep our hard water from ruining it."
