"We had a Gaggia machine for 10 years and it finally died. Took a chance on the Philips brand, as they are not known for their espresso machines. Only had it a week, but we are so far very pleased. The milk feature is great and we are getting what we preprogram in for each user. We did have to set the grinder on the smallest grinds to get the full bodied flavor for our drinks. Otherwise, the pucks were watery and mushy. Again, we are very happy with our purchase."

"The machine makes delicious drinks and works as expected (after those first few watery brews). I love love love it! The only reason this isn't getting a perfect score is because the water tank on mine doesn't secure properly and needs to be held in place with a piece of tape to prevent the "add water" alarm from interrupting every single brew. The return process of packing it back up seemed daunting when I could carry on with a piece of tape for now. I'm not sure why this happened, but I'm managing just fine. The delivery is UPS, so whatever your experiences have been with them, keep that in mind too."
