"This is an upgrade from Rocket Cronometro, an heat-exchanger E61 machine, and here are the main benefits: - Better temperature stability due to dual boiler setup - Automatic pre-infusion adds consistency in the cup and convenience to the flow - Machine heats up way faster - Flow control is a nice feature and regularly allows me to save or optimize shots - Pump is more silent - Steam pressure is customizable and can provide up to twice the power of my older Rocket - Screen is better quality and finish is amazing - Quick steam valves are convenient - The power button of the Drive is a mechanical switch, so the Drive works perfectly well with a smart power bar (which is great for ad-hoc use of the machine) I only have two drawbacks with the Drive: - The size is quite large, especially the depth. - No Wi-Fi app is my main drawback as it would be great to manage some settings from a phone. In summary, the Drive has consistently elevated my espresso to another level and never been happier to get up in the morning! :)"
