"Still in the box; backup for my Saeco, which has needed some work. shipping box looks sturdy. Some friends have this machine, and reviews are favourable. Because I really need my coffee, one of the few pleasures I have in life, and I did not want to go without my java for two weeks, as has happened in the past, this is my solution. "The quality is good. The steamer works well without the outside piece. I don't see the point of the extra metal piece on the outside, it just creates a mess. I wish there was more room underneath, and the stainless mug could be a bit bigger. Makes a nice coffee though, and heats up quickly."
