"Great machine. Grinds are very consistent and not clumpy. Retention is near zero. Looks great and love the smallish footprint. Sellers system was seamless with adequate communication. Didn’t really need to buy the shipping insurance but I did since it was coming from Canada to the US. Reasonable enough for peace of mind. Received the machine in great shape and as described. I would by from them again."

The noise is a plus (for me): It has that strong, mechanical “coffee shop” sound. Personally, I like it—it makes the grinder feel powerful and intentional, not delicate. "Good grinder. I however received a white grinder (as ordered) but with a black dosing cup. Would have liked to have the white cup as advertised. The DF64s do choke up in the chute area after a few weeks of use, esp. if using oily beans, important to do thorough cleaning. Otherwise a good product."

"I replaced my old 54mm espresso grinder after a few days of trialing this one. I wasn’t convinced it would be much better but in addition to better consistency, it simplified my work flow. It’s a little more higher pitched but grinds so fast its not much of a bother to me."
