ECM Technika VI Dual Boiler Espresso Machine (Stainless Steel) with Mazzer Philos Grinder (Silver) Bundle
Bundle includes:
- ECM Technika VI Dual Boiler Espresso Machine w/ PID
- Mazzer Philos Single Dose Grinder (Silver), with your choice of i189D or i200D burrs
Pair a commercial-grade dual-boiler machine with the Mazzer Philos, a light commercial single-dose grinder with a zero-retention auger feed. The ECM Technika VI heats both of its boilers at the same time, and its Fast Heat-Up mode has it ready to brew in about 11 minutes, with PID control on both boilers for precise temperatures. The Philos adds 64 mm vertical flat burrs and 6-micron grind adjustment in either stepped or stepless mode. Choose the i200D burrs for a clear, bright cup that suits light to medium roasts, or the i189D burrs for a fuller, syrupy body that suits medium to dark roasts.
FEATURES
- Dual-Boiler System - Both boilers heat simultaneously, so you can brew and steam at the same time without temperature compromise.
- Fast Heat-Up Mode - Gets the machine ready to brew in approximately 11 minutes.
- PID Temperature Control - Precise digital temperature management for both boilers ensures consistent extraction.
- Active & Passive Pre-Infusion - Adjustable pre-infusion modes help saturate the puck evenly for improved flavour extraction.
- 64mm Vertical Flat Burrs - Vertically mounted burrs for consistent grounds with virtually zero retention.
