- Hi there, Timothy's Chai Tea is unsweetened which allows you add sugar to your desired taste. This product is a simple tea, and also does not include any milk products, which is quite different to the Timothy's "Chai Tea Latte" product you may be comparing this to. Hope this helps :)

- Yes, indeed! Chai tea is just a straight unsweetened chai tea. This is very different from other K-Cup chai tea pods, such as Chai Tea Latte, which are pre-sweetened. You can add the milk and sugar to your own taste.
