We offer leasing options for commercial equipment through third-party providers, available exclusively for businesses.
How Does It Work?
To get started, complete an application with our third-party leasing company, Econolease. Upon approval, they will contact you to sign the lease documents. Once signed, Home Coffee Solutions will deliver the equipment. Payments are made directly to the leasing company, and Home Coffee Solutions does not influence their credit decisions.
Leasing Terms
Leasing terms are flexible, typically ranging from 24 to 60 months, depending on your creditworthiness as determined by the leasing company.
Ownership After Lease
Most leases function similarly to financing. At the end of your lease term, you can choose to purchase the equipment for $10, Fair Market Value (FMV), or 10% of the original value, depending on the lease type you select.

- Cash Flow: Leasing allows you to pay a monthly fee instead of a large upfront sum, improving your cash flow.
- Tax Benefits: Lease payments can be expensed rather than depreciating the equipment, and the equipment does not appear on your balance sheet, which can positively affect your debt-to-equity ratio. Additionally, you can spread the HST burden over a longer period.
- Inflation Protection: Leasing helps you combat inflation by allowing you to purchase equipment with today’s dollars and pay it off with tomorrow’s inflated dollars.
- Credit Facilities: Leasing does not impact your other credit facilities, preserving your business line of credit for other opportunities. A business can never have too much cash.
