The Smart Grinder Pro
When making coffee or espresso, the quality of your grind is equally, if not more important than the machine. This grinder does an excellent job at creating a uniform fine grain espresso, which largely helps with creating a perfect espresso extraction. This grinder can be modified to over 600 settings, for perfect control on grind size and portion control.
These stainless steel conical burr grinder efficiently designed to minimize grinding heat and protect the essential oils in the coffee beans.

"The machine takes a bit of a learning curve in that the brewing cycle is time limited and highly dependent on the grind( fineness of the grind and freshness of the beans). The foaming is outstanding with very consistent microfoam. My previous machine had fewer bells and whistles and had much more dependence on manual timing to control volume."

"I had researched super automatics and semi automatics extensively. I initially bought a Gaggia Anima Prestige, but as convenient as the super auto was, the taste just wasn't as rich as the semi autos I'd been using for 2 decades (Saeco/Starbucks - a bullet proof machine), so I sent it back. After reading everything I could find about dual boiler semi autos, it became clear that the Breville was the best value option, IF it made great coffee. I ordered the machine and it arrived a week later. A clear set up guide had me experimenting quickly. Between grind options, temp options and extraction length options, I was able to dial in the machine after about 4 cups. My wife says her coffee now tastes like (or better than) her favorite espresso bar. I love this machine and recommend this seller."
