"The machine is incredible, beyond expectation. Produce incredible coffee with the right beans. The milk based beverage are very good, almost like the handmade version. It is very user friendly with good favorites options and configuration for up to 4 users! Very easy to clean the machine, brew group and milk frotter."
"Really love this machine, but here are some minor things you may want to know: 1. The milk thing does needs to be cleaned once/wk. I let it go 2 weeks and it was tough to get some of the milk residue off. The machine does a quick clean after each milk drink, but you do need to take apart the top of the jug and rinse all the pieces (as it recommends in the manual). 2. The drink portions are very small. You can adjust the quantities, and save the settings in your preferences, but all the defaults are small. 3. The espresso tray is great, but it won't pull out with the milk jug in, so if you are making a cappucino, the coffee and milk will fall into your cup from quite high up, unless you are using a tall cup. 4. The machine tells you when to add water. It also tells you when to empty the coffee pucks (however it does this every 8 pucks or so regardless of whether or not you empty them yourself sooner). It doesn't tell you when you empty the drip tray, but there is a red float that rises up as water fills up the drip tray. Just something to keep an eye out for as a surprising amount of water does end up in the tray. 5. It makes an americano by pouring coffee first then adding water. Doing this in reverse yourself yields more crema. As I said I do actually love this machine - makes great coffee and I'd buy it all over again. Highly recommend!"

"This is soooooo easy to use with the TFT color screen, completely guides you with everything and changing any settings is incredibly easy. The instruction manual is super clear and gives you all info on frequency of cleaning and such. A good semi-auto will “obviously” taste “better”, if you know what you’re doing that is, but I don't drink espresso pure, I put sugar and milk in it and enjoy flat whites and I love coffee, but I’m not a super snob about it, I can’t taste all the tiny nuances other than tasting some differences between beans from third wave roasters. The wand is really fun and good quality to really get that latte art going on with some practice, so you get a mix of the ease of a super-auto that does pretty much all the work for you, and you get to play with the steam wand for that latte art & perfect milk texture! Even though it is a super auto though, you can still play with some variables like: 1-10 grind setting (they suggest 1-5 for light roast, 5-10 for darker, and it is a good guide actually to follow_ 1-5 bean flavor (I believe this plays with dosage - I have mine set to 5) Water temp: low, medium, high (I usually leave it at medium) Different coffee settings like espresso, lungo, ristretto, "coffee" americano Different water quantities used for each setting Ability to save any coffee drink settings into 4 different profiles At 5 beans, the pucks come out ~15g dry for 1 shot, so you’re going to be going through a lot of coffee. I like what comes out of it, sort of standard tasting espresso, what I would expect espresso to taste like and I’m excited to try other beans to see what I can get out of this machine. If you like ease of use, super-auto, love espresso (this is more like a pressurized basket with a plastic brew group) but are not super picky about it, want some level of control but crave consistency, want to make latte art, this it it! Basically if you liked what came out of a moka pot or Nespresso, you’ll like what you get out of this. The negatives I have is the drip tray metal is easy to scratch (I think this it the case for all coffee machines though), I don't love the whole plastic casing, and the water tank asks to be refilled even when there is a little water left. The machine will also not prevent you from making coffee even though the hopper is low/empty and you’ll “waste” that bit of coffee, so just keep an eye out on the hopper and you’re golden! Easy fix. Uses a bit more coffee but I think that's typical of any super-auto (tradeoffs of convenience). The coffee puck sometimes asks me to empty it out even though there aren’t the 10 pucks in there, depends on how the pucks fall I suppose. It also doesn’t come with a milk frothing jug which was s a little unexpected, you can get one online for 15$ (get one with milk measurements!)"

"Great machine and finally drinking good coffee from an automatic machine. Milk system is next level, only negative is the sprout for milk is far so we have to be careful where we put the mug."
"The Cadorna makes an excellent extraction and has enough adjustability to fine tune to your taste. It handles fairly oily beans and brews hot if set to max temperature. There is no way to program a one-button brew - even a favorite once programmed still takes three selections to start. The water reservoir is very small and needs frequent filling if making americanos."
"The machine makes a lot of different beverages very well but… The front loading water reservoir is so hard to pull out that the plastic cover pulled off and cracked when trying to remove it. Be very careful when removing 70.00 dollars to replace a piece of plastic if you can find one. There is a lot of filtered water wastage in the pan from the rinsing process which is annoying because it uses the filtered tank water to rinse equals reduce filter life. The machine comes with a square scoop for the alternate coffee chute but the hole where you deposit the grounds is round. So, spilled coffee grounds. If you even slightly overfill the coffee scoop or the grind is too fine, the machine will kick out the unused grounds into the used coffee bin and make you start again. Waste of expensive coffee. You can make double sizes on most drinks but the one I use most Americano will only allow singles. You often will receive messages in the middle of making a milk brew like (empty used coffee bin) which means you have to remove the carafe to continue and hope that it doesn’t abort the process. Apart from the above I would purchase this again"
