This new HCS Coffee Tamper & Distributor, allows you to level the grinds in your portafilter to give you an even surface for perfect tamping every time you want to make the most of your coffee. Simply switch the sides and firmly apply the tamper to the puck in order to prepare the puck for an even extraction.

Proper grind distribution and tamping are the ones of many variables that can impact on quality and consistency of each shot.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Simply lay it down on the ground coffee and rotate the distributor.

2. Switch the sides and firmly apply the tamper to the puck.
