"Lovely looking machine , easy to use, amazing coffee. I would have given it a 5 star rating but when we ran the milk cleaning system , there was a plastic burr on the bottom of the cleaning container and it scratched the plastic tray on the very first use. You’d think at this price point Jura would provide stainless steel tray. Had to but a aftermarket film to protect it! Disappointed on day one!"
