Built to meet Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Golden Cup standards, it automatically manages water temperature, saturation, and flow rate so every carafe hits professional extraction benchmarks without any manual dialing-in.

A 60 oz removable water tank with an integrated water filter supplies each brew, and both a cone filter basket and a flat-bottom filter basket are included so you can choose your flavor profile — brighter and fruitier from the cone, or nuttier and more chocolatey from the flat bottom. Custom Brew mode adds manual control over bloom time, bloom volume, temperature, and flow rate for home baristas who want to fine-tune further, while the built-in Cold Brew setting delivers concentrated cold coffee in about 30 minutes. A programmable timer lets you schedule a brew up to 24 hours in advance, and the integrated warming plate keeps coffee hot for up to 6 hours after brewing.
