New JURA Models — Worlds of Indulgence

JURA's newest generation of super-automatic coffee machines is built around Worlds of Indulgence — a single brewing philosophy that lets one machine move between café-style espresso, gentler light-roast coffee, syrup-sweetened milk foam, and iced cold brew, all from the same bean hopper. The four models below — the E8, E10, J10 twin, and Z10 — are JURA's latest lineup, each combining a different number of these worlds with its own grinder, display, and design.

What Are JURA's Worlds of Indulgence?

Every new JURA machine draws from up to four brewing "worlds," each suited to a different kind of coffee moment:

• Hot Brew — JURA's traditional brewing world, built on three distinct extraction processes: the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.®) for short specialties like espresso and ristretto, Standard Hot Brew for classic larger coffees, and the One-Touch Lungo function for Americano-style specialties using a separate hot water bypass.
• Light Brew — Coffee prepared at 60°C/140°F for a smoother, more delicate cup that extracts roughly 25% less caffeine than a standard hot brew.
• Sweet Foam — Infuses milk and milk foam with syrup during preparation using JURA's syrup attachment, for naturally sweetened lattes and cappuccinos without added sugar.
• Cold Brew — Cold water is pulsed slowly through freshly ground coffee under high pressure, extracting a smooth, naturally sweet iced coffee without dilution or long steep times.

JURA E8 (NAD) — Piano Black & Midnight Silver

Now in its fifth generation, the E8 is JURA's most popular model, offered in two finishes and covering 3 Worlds of Indulgence — Hot Brew, Light Brew, and Sweet Foam — across 27 specialties. It's built around the P.A.G.2 Professional Aroma Grinder, a 3.5-inch colour display with side buttons, Coffee Timer scheduling, and the Quality Assistant. Starting at $2,995 CAD.

JURA E10 (NAA) — Cosmic Black & Onyx Grey

A new addition to the lineup, the E10 steps up to 4 Worlds of Indulgence — adding Cold Brew to Hot Brew, Light Brew, and Sweet Foam — for 36 specialties in total, from a footprint just 27 cm wide. It runs on the upgraded P.A.G.2+ grinder with aroma control, a 3.5-inch colour display, and the same Coffee Timer and Quality Assistant as the E8. Starting at $3,395 CAD.

JURA J10 twin (NAA) — Diamond Onyx

The successor to the J8 twin, the J10 twin is built around two independent P.A.G.3+ grinders, so it can brew two different beans — caffeinated and decaf, for example — from the same machine. It covers all 4 Worlds of Indulgence across 46 specialties, controlled through a 6.7-inch Panorama Coffee Panel touchscreen. Starting at $4,995 CAD.

JURA Z10 (NAB) — Aluminum Black & Aluminum White

The queen of the JURA assortment. The Z10 pairs all 4 Worlds of Indulgence with JURA's most advanced single-grinder setup, the P.R.G.2+ Product Recognizing Grinder, for 51 specialties — the widest range in the collection, including Caffeine Regulator, Milk Assistant, and chocolate-flavoured milk foam.
