"On the surface this product has lots to offer. Coffee has become more expensive making it important to keep fresh longer. In the few weeks since purchased the item lost pressure at least once without pressing the valve. Don’t know for how long. It does seem to keep pressure for shorter timeframes (ie overnight)."
