The Gaggia Classic GT is Gaggia's first dual-boiler espresso machine, pairing a 0.12 L lead-free brass brew boiler with a separate 0.9 L stainless steel steam boiler. Two adjustable PIDs control brew and steam temperature, while automatic or manual pre-infusion, a 3-way solenoid valve and an externally adjustable OPV (6 to 12 bar) let you tune every extraction. A 2.4" colour display, five backlit toggle switches, an analogue brew pressure gauge and a programmable volumetric dose keep everything within reach, and the 2 L removable tank, passive cup warmer and two-position drip tray make daily use easy. Made in Italy with a brushed stainless steel body and a 58 mm professional portafilter.
