HCS Bottomless Portafilter (Poly Resin Black Smoke)
Introducing the perfect solution for your espresso machine, a top-notch bottomless portafilter
Crafted with precision and smoothness akin to silk. Bottomless filters let the barista watch as the espresso drips from the machine and ensure it doesn't experience too much channeling or blonding. Channeling can be detected when the stream of coffee is coming at an uneven angle, while blonding is an unfortunate side effect of under-extraction, creating a weak espresso.
Disclaimer
Please note: This portafilter is designed to work seamlessly with machines in good condition and with an intact group head seal. In some cases, if the machine’s original seal has worn down, been replaced, or is no longer factory-tight (as can happen over time or after cleaning), the portafilter may feel slightly looser or have difficulty locking securely. This is not a defect in the portafilter itself and does not affect performance when used with a properly sealed machine. OEM baskets will not fit in HCS portafilter.
