Great workhorse
"I have owned this for 1.5 year now. It's truly an awesome machine. There is nothing to it. I use distilled water so I dont have to descale. I would use the cleaning tablet every 2 weeks and clean the milk system every few days which I think they want you to clean it all the time and it takes about 5 minutes or less but I do it about once a week. Since it has 1 heat coil so it take a few seconds to heat up if you are making a milk/coffee combo. There are many selections but I mainly use about 5 different coffee types. There is very little maintenance just the milk system and the entire system deep clean which takes 20 minutes. A buddy has the same brand and his is 14 years old now and still working. I love the Z8 (2 heat coil) but it's a little too much $$ for me. I would definitely get the Z8 in the future. I am hoping in 1 yr lol."
