The Marcato Atlasmotor+ is the pasta-making set that combines the Atlas+ machine with the Pastadrive motor — everything you need to make fresh pasta with both hands free, on any flat surface, without a clamp. The motor runs at a consistent speed while you use both hands to feed and guide the dough, resulting in more even sheets with less effort. The Atlas+ makes four pasta shapes in one tool — lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini, and spaghetti — and the 10-position thickness knob adjusts from 4.8mm down to 0.6mm.
