"Although new to the home espresso world, I decided to splurge on the Rancilio Silvia M V6 after much research. I was not disappointed, and I expect to enjoy it for many years to come. The quality and durability is first-class all the way. It is easy to use with simple controls. There are a few tricks to learn in order to keep the machine clean and at optimum operating readiness but that is to be expected in a quality product. Bravo!"

Made in Spain: My unit was stamped "Made in Spain" instead of Italy. Apparently Rancilio shifted production in 2023, but while performance is unchanged, the lack of Italian manufacturing was disappointing. 2. More Plastic Parts: Key components like the toggle switches, steam knob, and group-head cover are now plastic, making them feel cheaper and more brittle. 3. Subpar Portafilter: The included OEM Commercial Double Spout Portafilter is lower quality than the expected Rancilio Professional Grade Portafilter, with a flimsy plastic feel.
