"This machine met all my expectations. I owned the Saeco Italia Espresso machine purchased back in 2005 and it made wonderful espresso to its last day.. The Xelsis is its replacement, I am still learning the new machine, but I can tell you its espresso aroma, texture and taste are perfect, My family, friends, and I are loving it so far. I can only hope this machine lasts as long as my first Seaco."

"We are so happy with our Saeco Xelsis!! It was so easy to get up and running, and so far such easy maintenance; and the online videos from the care site provided by Saeco are so helpful. But the best part of course are the drinks! We have used the preset factory settings and at times tweaked the coffee strength, amount of milk, amount of froth, etc. It is so easy to customize your drinks, but the preset settings are wonderful as they are probably set to the standard for those drinks. The froth is the best consistency ever and I smile every time I am enjoying my cappuccino! Home Coffee Solutions was so wonderful in helping us get our unit when it was back ordered. Customer service was amazing, I highly recommend them and will definitely check their site first for future purchases. On a side note, we use Lavozza Super Crema beans and I have loved the Lactaid milk the best for frothing."
