CAFEC Paper Filters

Paper, But Not Just Paper.

There are many kinds of coffee filter papers on the market. But it would be a big mistake if you think these filters are just papers and there is not much difference between which paper you use. See, the CAFEC paper filter has “Two-Sided Crepe”. Although other normal papers have a crepe on one-side, the CAFEC paper has "Two-Sided Crepe" through their papermaking technology (Air-Through Dry). By balancing the height of crepe on both sides, it can keep enough air between the paper and dripper so water flows at an ideal speed. That is, “Two-Sided Crepe” is proof of a good paper filter. It is a paper, but not JUST paper!
