"Getting started with this machine can be a bit challenging at first because it offers so many options, including some hidden settings that aren’t very easy to access. Fortunately, there are plenty of helpful YouTube videos available for the Profitec Move. The machine feels extremely well built, and I was impressed by how quickly it heats up — about 10 minutes. The scheduling feature is also a great convenience, as it allows the machine to turn on automatically every morning. Just make sure to get a compatible in-tank water filter to help prevent scale buildup and keep the machine in great condition."

"This machine is a significant upgrade from my Breville, and WOW, it does not disappoint! I am pulling beautiful shots, and my foam is silky smooth. If making Americanos, expect to wait a couple minutes between each one, to allow the steam boiler to refill and heat up. The black unit is visually stunning - a showstopper on our counter!! Love!!"

"I originally wanted to purchase the Profitec Go, but after waiting for back order and doing my research, I changed my mind and went with the Pro 300. Making changes to my order was a breeze with the help of staff from HCS. My first shipment of the Pro 300 was unfortunately damaged due to the cold weather, and the HCS staff was very helpful in arranging an exchange. Fortunately, the second shipment of Profitec Pro 300 arrived in working order. This is a great dual boiler machine that live up to its expectations! It makes great espresso and milk drinks. The staffs at HCD are very friendly and helpful. During the numerous times I interacted with them over the phone and email, they were very professional and I never needed to wait long to reach them. They are one of the best in terms of customer service and I'd highly recommend them."

After doing quite some research settled in for this ideal espresso machine a well priced, dual boiler , vibratory pump , PID and saturated group head that offers fast heat up time as less as 10 minutes , This machine is really a piece of art , delivers consistent brew temps, and enough power to make back to back milk drinks. Its the best first dual boiler machine upgrade in personal opinion with these features in mind.
