I’m too cautious about the internal ceramic lining when stirring with a metal spoon. I try not to touch the wall to avoid ruining the ceramic lining, is this necessary? Don’t know. But this lining is what keeps the coffee tasty for the long run. I am very happy about the purchase. Stuck with this one after trying 3 different brands. Going to recommend to everyone who cares.
