"This is our third fully automatic coffee machine! We have a Jura and had a Krups until it crapped out last month. Krups no longer services North America so we went with DeLonghi. The attraction is the cold coffee function which works well. Overall the coffee is great...espresso, cappuccino or otters. Expensive but nice."

Nice Design and Easy to Use
"Nice little machine. Good looking and makes some great, simple espresso based drinks. If you're an espresso connoisseur, then this machine probably won't please your taste buds, but for someone like me who enjoys an above average tasting coffee based drink, then it does the trick! I've only had the machine for about a month but so far I've found it quite easy to use, including the milk frother which I've used a few times to make a very lovely cappuccino. My only complaints so far would be that the water needs to be filled quite often (or maybe I'm drinking too many coffees!) and when the machine is in use, there is a slight screeching sound that happens during the process (perhaps from the grinder?) which I'm hoping will go away over time."
